  A girl working on the meat section of the line did not understand why I wanted the bacon on my sandwich heated up. I told her 4 times. Then some friends of employees came in, and their already terrible service got worse. I even got made of by the friends and employees for forgetting to order a sandwich. It was embarrassing and everyone in line was looking at me while the employees and their friends were laughing at me. This location has been going downhill in customer service for years and I keep going back thinking it will get better. It doesn't, that will be my last time in there.

  This was the most unclean Subway we've been to. Prep surfaces are not wiped frequently. Stainless steel counter likewise. The plastic lids on the ingredient containers had not been washed recently. Glass and all surfaces need a thorough cleaning.
